Stephen Lawandy, Founder
Prior to launching Diadem Capital in 2016, Stephen was a Director at Citigroup and Senior Corporate banker covering both financial institutions and corporate Fortune 100 clients within the Corporate and Investment Bank at Citi in the U.S. & abroad. After joining Citicorp/Citibank in 1997 he performed various functions within operations from secondary loan trading execution to a role as agent of syndicated facilities. In late 2000, Stephen joined the Global Subsidiaries Group North America relationship management team after which he became a Relationship Manager overseeing the European arm at Citigroup. In 2007, Stephen moved to Zurich, Switzerland where he acted as the Senior Relationship Manager for Swiss based consumer and industrial multinational corporations. His portfolio included all financial institutions based out of LATAM, Europe, The Middle East, Asia, Australia & New Zealand. In 2013, his role again switched to cover US based Financial Institutions & Intermediaries.
Brings with him more than 20 years of sales, marketing and finance experience. Vast experience working in the banking and finance world for his entire career has a record in starting new business ventures in multiple firms. Prior to starting, Mr. Keilman worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for various Risk Management firms concentrating on interest rate and credit risk. Prior to consulting, Mr. Keilman started a new trading desk for Cantor Fitzgerald & Co giving Cantor the ability to execute swaps on the newly regulated cleared swap platform. Prior to Cantor, Mr. Keilman spent the previous seventeen years at National Australia Bank running the Fixed Income sales desk as well as starting new trading ventures. Has a BS in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University . Mr. Keilman holds FINRA series 7, 63, & 79 licenses
